Dream Interpreter AI offers a platform for analyzing and interpreting dreams through our AI bot. Users can sign up to access free and paid services, which include personalized dream analysis and visualizations.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 3 AI dream interpretations and 3 dream art generations lifetime, perfect for discovering our platform
• Explorer Plan: 30 AI interpretations and 30 dream art per month for $7.90/month (or $75.68/year), including unlimited chat with Nephira AI and advanced features
• Dreamwalker Plan: 90 AI interpretations and 90 dream art per month for $12.90/month (or $123.84/year), including Morpheus AI coaching and lucid dreaming lessons

All paid plans can be canceled anytime. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our services to transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our site are the exclusive property of Visibility Internet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Visibility Internet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
